The passion and dedication Linda Turner has for her job is evident from the moment you meet her.
Linda is the Residential Services Manager at Life Care’s Aldinga Beach Court, where she first started two years ago in a different role as the Clinical Services Manager.
“It is not just a job”, she says about caring for the residents, “they’re joining our family”.
We spoke with Linda and she told us she often goes home and thinks about the residents and how she can make their aged care experience even better.
