Over the next decade, 51,000 more people aged over 70 will be living in Adelaide.
“We are facing a growth bubble in the aged and we need to be better prepared,” said Life Care CEO Allen Candy.
Life Care has recently made an application to the South Australian government to address this demand through its Masterplan, which aims to help people remain integrated in their communities and close to family as they age.

The Australian Government rolled out landmark changes on Monday 27 February that will improve the way that home care services are delivered to older South Australians. Life Care at Home currently supports close to 1,000 older South Australians requiring support in their own home and assistance with opportunities outside of the home such as transportation to and from appointments.
