86yo Dolores is described as a strong personality! The greatest champion for her 3 daughters and 1 son, whenever you needed her, she was there. In her career she worked as a legal secretary with the added responsibility for debt collection – her daughter Gaye explains that she always got the job done, but remained compassionate at the same time. 86yo John is Living with Dementia. He has been married to Michelle for 56 years. Speaking English, French, Italian and Polish he is a citizen of the world…born in Italy and raised in France before moving to Australia at age 39 with Michelle and their two children in 1969. In his younger years he delighted in having an active social life and plenty of time for fishing!

93yo Barbara served as a volunteer firefighter in WW2, she earned herself the nickname ‘Dynamite’ because she was the fastest with the hose! She is Living with Dementia, each day she delivers the post throughout Aldinga Beach Court, just like her Father who was a postman.

98yo Audrey is Living with Dementia. In the 1930s she was crowned ‘Miss Myer’! Throughout the 60s and 70s she owned a number of iconic Adelaide hotels with her husband including the well-known Hackney and Finsbury Hotels.
