Designed for the over 60's seeking to add life to their years, maintain their health and mobility, or to simply prevent falls or injury at home, we offer a wide range of educational services and programs provided by trained professionals at our 'Community Lifestyle Centre' - Payneham.

Our 'Community Lifestyle Centre at Aldinga has established an 'Out & About Club' to enable carers to have a regular weekly break. Loved ones can spend time enjoying interactive and personally directed activities with other members.

Open to all in the community - we also visit our clients in their homes to provide advice on various aids and adaptability - to help people live safely in their home environment.
