Community Aged Care Packages (CACPs)

Life Care supports the ideal of helping older people to stay in their own homes for as long as possible.

Community Aged Care Packages, or CACPs, are designed to provide welcome and flexible care within the home environment for people who require some help to maintain a degree of independence.

Life Care delivers CACPs in the southern and eastern suburbs of Adelaide at a level that is discussed with clients and tailored to their specific care needs - the care may be in the form of assistance with showering or dressing, supervision of medication, helping to prepare meals or complete household chores.

A dedicated coordinator manages the packages working closely with each client, family members and other service providers.

The emphasis is on helping clients to remain mobile, active and valued members of their own communities.
